Link Center is built to respect privacy. We never store raw IP addresses, we collect only coarse, aggregate scan data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.
Account. Your email address (and display name, if you sign in with Google), handled by Firebase Authentication.
Links. The names, destination URLs, and tags you create.
Scans. When someone scans your QR code or opens your short link, we record the time, a coarse location (country, region, city) derived from the request, the device type / OS / browser, and the referring site's host. To count unique visitors without identifying them, we store a one-way, daily-rotating hash of the visitor's IP — never the raw IP address.
One essential, httpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
To run the service and show you analytics for your own links. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details — only a Stripe customer reference tied to your account.
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a link removes its data; contact us to delete your account entirely.
Consistent with CCPA/CPRA (California) and PIPEDA (Canada), you can access, correct, or delete your data, and ask what we hold. Email privacy@mylink.center and we'll help.
If this policy changes we'll update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
